MALAYSIA International Jewellery Fair – Spring Edition (MIJF SE) 2018 is bedazzling visitors from now until Jan 15 at Hall 4, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Organised by Elite Expo Sdn Bhd, some 100,000 pieces from among the most luxurious and finest jewellery collections by over 100 jewellery brands from various countries such as Italy, Japan, Hong Kong, India, United Arab Emirates and Belgium are being featured throughout the four-day exhibition.

A glamorous opening ceremony featuring a Luxurious Jewellery Fashion Show added glitz to the jewellery fair.

The opening ceremony was graced by Kelantan princess Tengku Amalin Aishah Putri Sultan Ismail Petra, who was the guest of honour.

At the Jewellery Fashion Show, models showcased the latest jewellery collections, sourced from across the globe.

There is also an informative “Invest for a Better Tomorrow” talk by Affin Hwang Capital which will provide useful and advantageous tips and methods for the public on “How to invest for a better future life” today.

In addition, the first-ever World Mineral Galleria will make its debut at MIJF SE 2018. It will be presented by AGL, one of Malaysia’s leading gemology lab, .

The galleria will not only be showcasing exclusive photos on traditional mining process in Sri Lanka, but will also present how rare raw stones from different countries look like before they are processed into jewellery pieces and the stories behind the different gemstones.

Other attractions include “Everyday Pearl Pendant Give Away”, a lucky draw in which visitors stand to win jewellery sets worth more than RM10,000, mystery welcome gifts and jewellery cleaning service.

There is also a Luxurious Jewellery-Viewing section for visitors.

MIJF SE 2018 is supported by Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board, Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau, Hong Kong Jewellery and Jade Manufactures Association and is endorsed by Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation.
